Paperwork day today.  Been playing too much lately and had to take a full day to catch up on normal life.  Plus Sunday I was mugged late at night in a Denver alley and got away from the guys who had got out of a car to assault me and fled when I resisted.  Luckily I got the licence plate and they were caught three hours later at the owners house.  Freakin insane world we live in sometimes.  Lots of paperwork from the company since it was on company's time.

Mdowntime this afternoon was a short run in the late sun, took the kids to a Sushi restaraunt, and practiced knot tying for an hour.

Holy sh**! Be careful man.

Glad you're ok!

Holy cow! Were they trying to mug you? How did you resist? I've always figured my odds of running away were good.

I felt like a total pansy afterwards because all I was doing was trying to get away and yelling at him to stop. There was no Bruce Willis or Liam Neeson. The cops said the best thing to do is just run. Everytime.

2nd time for me. Mostly inner city stuff. Last time I was on a run in East Chicago. Seriously, what's a guy running in shorts going to have on him for money?

Man, your life never stops being "exciting". Glad you are safe though. That is pretty scary...glad we/I live in smaller communities (though they can have issues too).

To quote NYPD Blue..."Be safe out there!" (yes, I am old and you are too since I am sure you remember that show).
