Amazing 60 degree day in Akron, OH.  I headed out and caught up with the tail end of a trail network.  It was rolling hills and lakes for the entire run, I couldn't believe it.  The hardest part was getting water, but I found a small service station at about mile 14.  Nice 27 mile run.  What a sweet run to work out things on..

 

Got stuck in Denver waiting for mechanics to fix the plane for a few hours so I went to the gym for a small workout.  3 miles and some lifting
