Yes it has. You need to move up here to Cache Valley.

I have been too busy to get any real training in for about 3 weeks now. There has just been too much family stuff to get done. It has ben a hard winter!

You sound like you've been logging a lot of quality family time lately. Congrats.

I wouldn't worry too much about the running. You have a great base of fitness to return too and I'm sure you will be just fine. I'll come up to Logan to run sometime - probably want to wait for some warmer weather though!

Well, I figure the running is shot for a while, but that's how it is. Sometimes you have time to put into it and sometimes you don't. I am teaching the girls to ski this year and that's pretty much my free time.
