With an overnight in Chicago I was hoping to be able to go over and run the 5000 today in the Masters Track Championships but yesterday they changed the schedule to 11:05am which was one hour before my flight. I still considered it, but finally had to drop the idea and just go run on the lake shore trail. If I have time this weekend I'll be back to run the 1500 Sunday.

Sure wish I could Scott. Had to go in the clinic this morning for some antibiotics for the arm. I'll be taking it easy through the weekend. Keep me in mind again, I need it!
