Awesome afternoon long run along the banks of the Delaware, Wilmington.  70 and sunny, with most of the run on the grass and sand.

3 mile shakedown run late evening.  A few years ago I used to put in these short runs later in the day after my long runs and it always seemed to reduce the effect of them.  I got lazy and stopped so now I'm going to pick them up again now I'm going to be increasing some mileage.

I'll be out on the grass Everglade trails tomorrow in Orlando which I always look forward to since it means sunshine and slow trail time.

Pretty country and a nice day. Happy bday tomorrow if I don't catch you. Geez you are getting up there...

I have no idea when to fit in R2R2R this year. Any ideas?

I'd love to do it again but it would have to be in the spring Steve. Things are too unsettled here now.

Also, I'd like to train for it and be really super fit.

Super fit? Have we ever been like that? :-)
